Sessions are booked in one hour time slots with 55 minutes face to face therapy

and 5 minutes for preparation and clinical documentation.

Health Insurance rebates available depending on cover and eligibility.

You will need to speak to your health insurer directly regarding coverage.

Please note that if you require additional letters or reports they are billed as follows:
- Letter - $193.99
- Report - $387.98
- Comprehensive report - $775.96+ (depending on time required to complete)

NDIS Session Costs​

**Please note all fees are based on the standard NDIS hourly rate of $193.99.

Other NDIS Costs as per NDIS Rate of $193.99/hour:​

​Additional Session Time:

• If appointments exceed the allocated session time, overtime will be charged at $48.50 per 15 minute block.​

​

Non-face to face support provision:

• (eg: phone calls, emails, letter writing, communication with schools/ other professionals, review of reports, resource development or other work conducted outside of the appointment with your therapist)

• ​Charge dependent on time taken to complete additional requested tasks (minimum 15 minutes)

​

​Report Writing:

• Reports are required for many purposes including for NDIS funding and assessments. Report writing typically takes between 1-4 hours. Reports will be charged on an individual basis depending on how long they take to write. This will be discussed with you at time of request. Functional capacity report writing is discussed and quoted on an individual basis.

Provider travel – Labour costs:

• Minimum of 5 minutes and maximum of 30 minutes one way or 60 minutes return

• NDIS Rate of $193.99/hour ($15.52-$193.99

 

Provider Travel (Non labour costs):​

• Travel per kilometre

• $1.00 per kilometre travelled

Cancellations:

• ​Where a provider has a Short Notice Cancellation (less than seven business days or no show), the provider is able to claim 100% of the agreed fee associated with the activity from the participant’s plan, subject to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and the terms of the service agreement with the participant. Claims for a short notice cancellation will be made by Untangled Therapy and Training using the same support item as would have been used if the support had been delivered under.
